VITAMIN SEA
Set directly on the sand of Lido Peninsula in Newport Beach, this new oceanfront home was designed by Laura Brophy Interiors in collaboration with Brion Jeannette Architecture. Created for ultra-luxury coastal living, the interiors feature natural textures, sculptural forms, and custom white oak cabinetry, all within a serene palette of seafoam, oatmeal, and sun-washed neutrals. Expansive ocean views are showcased throughout the home, leading to a rooftop deck with a full outdoor kitchen, spa, and panoramic coastline vistas. This project reflects relaxed refinement and the highest level of California beach house design—an elevated approach to Newport Beach living.
