Our most comprehensive offering — one point of view carried from the first conversation through the final installation. We handle space planning, architectural detailing, material and finish selection, lighting, furnishings, art and styling as a single, cohesive plan rather than a series of separate decisions made by different people at different times.
Our team manages the trades, vendors, lead times and countless selections a project requires, so the process feels considered and calm rather than becoming a second job. The result is a home that reflects how you actually live, not a fixed style applied regardless of the project.

The earlier we're brought in, the more we can shape. On new builds and major renovations we partner directly with your architect and builder from early planning — weighing in on layout, room proportions, millwork, lighting plan and the material selections that affect plumbing and electrical — while those decisions are still open, because once they're built they're expensive to unmake.
We stay engaged throughout construction, attending site meetings and tracking selections and submittals against the builder's schedule so materials, fixtures and custom pieces are specified with enough lead time to arrive when they're needed.
Already broken ground? We can still step in — there is almost always meaningful design work left to do well.

For homes where the architecture is finished and what remains is everything that makes it livable. We develop a complete furnishing plan — custom and artisan-made pieces, upholstery, rugs, lighting, window treatments, art and accessories — sourced through trade resources, workrooms and vintage dealers that aren't available at retail.
Every piece is procured, tracked and received by our team, then installed and styled in a single, coordinated reveal so you walk into a finished home rather than a series of deliveries.
