EASY & SIMPLE SMALL BITES FOR ENTERTAINING WITH BRAVA

 
 

Let’s Have a Party!

It’s my favorite time of year! I love to entertain friends & family, but hate spending so much time in the kitchen. Brava makes it so easy to make delicious snacks & dinners for parties of all sizes! Check out some of my favorite small bite recipes below.

 
 
 

Crispy Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas, canned & drained

  • Rosemary

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt & pepper

Prepare Chickpeas

  • Use canned or cooked chickpeas (garbanzo beans).

  • For best results, dry out chickpeas for at least 2 hours prior to Brava-ing.

  • Toss chickpeas with olive oil, chopped rosemary, and salt & pepper.

  • Fill Brava glass tray with dried chickpeas and place on top shelf.

Cook Chickpeas

  • Search and select Chickpeas - Air Fryer

  • Slide glass tray into top shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.

Finish and Serve

  • When Brava notifies you, carefully remove glass tray.

  • Transfer bacon wrapped dates to serving bowl and serve.

 

Bacon Wrapped Dates

Ingredients

  • 3 strips bacon

  • 6 dates, pitted

Prep Dates

  • Cut bacon in half lengthwise.

  • Wrap piece of bacon around each date.

  • Skewer toothpick through date to secure bacon.

  • Repeat using remaining dates and bacon.

Cook Dates

  • Place dates in Zone 2 of Brava metal tray.

  • Slide metal tray into top shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.

  • Note: You will flip dates after 7 minutes.

Flip Dates

  • When Brava notifies you, carefully remove metal tray.

  • Using tongs, carefully flip dates.

  • Slide metal tray into top shelf. Press green button to continue cooking.

Finish and Serve

  • When Brava notifies you, carefully remove metal tray.

  • Transfer bacon wrapped dates to serving platter and serve.

 

Spinach & Artichoke Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed according to package instructions and drained

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • ½ cup bread crumbs

  • ½ cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

Prep Spinach & Artichoke Mixture

  • In medium bowl, stir together spinach, artichoke hearts, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmigiano-Reggiano and a few pinches of kosher salt and pepper.

Form Spinach Bites

  • Using your hands, form 2 tablespoons spinach mixture into patties ¾ inch thick and 1½ inches wide. You should have about 24 patties.

Bake Spinach & Artichoke Bites

  • Evenly spread a few tablespoons cooking oil on Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava metal tray.

  • Place patties, evenly spaced apart, in Zones 1, 2 and 3 of metal tray (4 per zone).

  • Slide metal tray into top shelf.

  • Select “Spinach and Artichoke Bites” on your Brava touchscreen and follow instructions.

Finish and Serve

  • When your food is done, transfer spinach and artichoke bites to serving platter.

  • If desired, sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
